Store Policy & Returns

Store Policies: Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:

We at Plush Organic Skin Care understand that things happen, so with that in mind; we've structured our sales exchanges, credits and refunds with both our direct consumers, as well as with our wholesale clients. Should you wish to exchange a product for up to the equal amount of your purchase order; you must do so with seven (7) business days from the time of your order was received, otherwise the sale IS FINAL with NO refunds/exchanges/returns.

We will provide you with the return label and return form that you must complete and return in the shipping box that your order arrives in. Product exchanges and returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund given and applied to your billing credit card on file. If you wish to exchange your order for a product up for less than the original amount ordered, you will NOT be charged at restocking fee, but have the difference applied to your billing credit card on file.  If you wish to exchange your original order for another product or products, you will receive an automatic store credit equal to the amount of you original order placed.  If you exceed the amount of your store credit issued, the total amount of your new order will be billed the difference along with the shipping amount and applied to your billing credit card.   All store credits, and refunds issued, will be applied to your billing credit card within 2-7 business days.

Damaged Orders:
If you receive an order that's damaged; we will send you a replacement.  Be sure to note in the return/exchanges form. As soon as the damaged return is received or we receive a picture of the product damaged.  We will send a replacement within 5-10 business days!

Wholesale Retail Orders:  Please contact us for expedited processing and You will be sent a product replacement form which must be competed and returned within 3-5 business days; upon successful completion there will be a replacement sent out between 7-14 days.
